FAQs

  • Do you make custom items?

    YES! And we love them!  Send us a message with what you are dreaming of and we'll do our best to accommodate.

  • How long will it take before my order is shipped?

    We make most of our items to order.  This can mean you will wait up to 2 weeks before your order is shipped. Not always.  Sometimes we are super fast and get it out quicker.  We recommend keeping this in mind if your child is in between sizes... Size up, as a few weeks can sometimes make the difference.
    But, if you have your eye on something for a special event or holiday, drop us a message and we'll tell you what we can do to help {we really pride ourselves on being super flexible}. 
    We also have a Fast Track Option at checkout which bumps your order up to the top of our priority.

  • How long does Shipping take?

    In most cases we ship via Fastway Couriers.  We find them faster and the most reliable.  You can access estimated shipping timeframes by visiting fastway.com.au.
    Unless you happen to live in a particularly regional area where our fallback is AusPost, and estimated shipping timeframes can be found at austpost.com.au.

  • Can I Fast Track my order?

    Need your goodies for a particular event? OR just plain impatient {my hand is up here}?  
    At checkout we offer the option to Fast Track your order.  This means that we bump its priority up to next in line and usually have it out within 3 days {keeping in mind that we make everything to order}.
    We ship using whichever is likely to be faster out of Aust Post or Fastway to your specified address.
    If you have spent over the minimum amount to qualify for Free Shipping, the Fast Track option is a little cheaper.  The appropriate fee will display at check-out for you.

  • Do you offer refund or exchange?

    Unfortunately as all of our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size.  If you have any questions regarding size, we welcome you to contact us to discuss.  In some cases, especially for our Sun Buddy Hats, we can tailor something specific to your child.
    However, if you find a fault or have an issue with our workmanship, we definitely want to hear from you.  Quality is very important to us so we are happy to replace the item or offer a refund if we can no longer make that particular item.
    Please remember though, we are a handmade label and while in most cases our items will live as long as those you acquire from the big brands, general wear and tear is a fact of life.
